The restoration and extension of the listed lodge building originally occupied by the Master of Hounds and staff to provide a series of 5* plus bedrooms as an extension of the Goodwood Hotel & Golf Club. The work included the restoration of the retained original dog kennels and the surrounding garden now enclosed by a flint stone wall.
