Working with Event Communications PT Projects were the Quantity Surveyors for this Exhibition Fit Out for the H.C.Andersens Hus (Hans Christian Andersens House Museum) in Odense, Denmark.
As the projects were procured under several different packages we had to keep sight of the fluctuating costs on all of these packages with with a link back to the overall budget. We managed to create documents pre and post contract to enable the client and designers to make decisions to keep the overall costs within budget.
