WWT Consulting undertook a detailed Masterplan for a visitor centre located on the edge of an estuary north of Dublin and appointed PT Projects as Quantity Surveyors for initial costings of the habitat, landscape and architectural concepts.
The result was a three phase plan that would grow the centre in a financially sustainable manner to an attraction with 100,000 visitors, providing an education facility by the end of the final phase with capacity to deliver education programmes to 8.000 students on site.
