Refurbishment and extension of a house in Hampstead which included forming a sub basement for a pool, sauna and therapy pool and the construction of an additional floor on the roof. The interior was gutted and elliptical stair and lift core were created overlooking the street at the front so living areas could be orientated towards the views of Hampstead Heath and the ponds behind the house.
