We provided QS, Project Management and CDM coordination for this prestigious 100+ cover restaurant

The unique aspect to this fast track project was it was almost like a joint venture with the BFI, providing an excellent service for two clients. PT Projects provided the QS, Project Management and CDM coordination for this prestigious 100+ cover restaurant.

The building belonged to (and still does) the British Film Institute and was mainly office space. The ground floor is now a new restaurant interconnecting via a shared lounge and reception with the BFI.

By stripping back to it’s original shell the space provided fully fitted and contemporary dining facilities including an external dining terrace.
